Change on Hamilton Recovery Community Center is a vital part of Lehigh County’s harm reduction strategy, operated by volunteers in recovery and professional staff. While not a treatment facility, the center offers referrals to treatment and essential resources for individuals at all stages of recovery. All events and services are free. The center provides case management, 12-step support groups, recovery activities, clothing banks, and community drives to meet the diverse needs of those seeking support. Change on Hamilton’s mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for individuals navigating all stages of recovery from substance use. The center’s programs are designed to foster hope, inspire change, and empower individuals to build meaningful lives in recovery.

For Lehigh County residents successfully completing and transitioning direct from residential treatment, Lehigh County Drug and Alcohol can fund recovery housing for those with no ability to self-pay. Funding is for a maximum of 3 months, and funded clients are required to work consistently on finding employment. While in residential treatment, and with coordination from residential program staff, clients may apply for admission into one of our in network recovery house networks:
FORT is free of charge to Lehigh County residents, because Lehigh County Drug and Alcohol fully funds this program through Opioid Settlement Funds. Since its beginning in the Bethlehem office, FORT has touched the lives of over 100 families in the Lehigh Valley, offering critical support and healing.
